Our leadership team is made up of around 35 women who have said "yes" to serving in our MOPS ministry team. Our Steering Members prayerfully design the course of our year and organize and lead each position's role for the MOPS year. Our Table Leadership Team is led by a Discussion Group Leader and a Mentor Mom. These women are the "glue" that binds tables together in connection, discussion, prayer, activities and so much more.
Lottie Moody (Lead Coordinator)
Lottie and her husband Chris just celebrated 12 years of marriage. They have three beautiful children, Colt (4th grade) and Lucy (2nd grade), and David Alec (4 years) that they love like crazy! Lottie graduated from Winthrop and loved this area then and she is thankful God brought her back here when she was married. The saying "the days are long but the years are short" is so true at her stage - however- she is so thankful to be living her dream of being a stay at home mom! Lottie loves that MOPS gives her friends and support at this stage of life and is so happy to be a part of this ministry! Lottie joined MOPS in 2011 and has since served in many different roles. This is her second year in the lead coordinator position and she is trusting God's leading as we fear less, find our people and have more fun!

Laurie Luu (Creative Activities Coordinator)
Laurie is so excited and very blessed to be apart of mops steering; helping with creative activities, which she has always enjoyed! Laurie is a mother of two, Zara (4) and Tristan (2) and is happily married to the love of her life, whom she met in traffic 11 years ago. Laurie enjoys being involved in the community and her church and is going on year four leading an American Heritage Girl troop at her home church in Chester, SC. She is also second year assistant children’s supervisor at BSF International Fort Mill. Laurie’s passions include spending time with her family, DIY projects and anything craft, traveling, and being outdoors. She is looking forward to see what lights your fire!
Vanessa Minarik (Creative Activities Coordinator)
Vanessa Minarik is honored to be one of the creative activity coordinators this year at MOPS! Being a mother of 3; Brooks (8), Briana (4), and Hailey (2), and having a traveling husband, she knows how difficult it can be to find the time to do things for ourselves. She is excited to release her desire and love for everything crafty through the fun activities and crafts we will do this year. Aside from being a stay at home mom and trying to keep the house clean, Vanessa really enjoys organizing, fulfilling her passion for DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends. Growing up in the beautiful mountains of upstate New York, she loves being outside in nature, going for hikes, going to the beach, or simply relaxing on a hammock. She is so looking forward to a year "To The Full" not only for herself, but also helping others in this journey this year at Mops!
Megan Richard (Discussion Group Leader Coordinator)
Megan just celebrated eight years of marriage to Chris. Though he calls those eight years the longest eight years of his life, she reminds him they're definitely the best eight, too. They wholeheartedly agree, however, on their love for the Lord and their two children (Ashlyn, age 6; and Jason, 4). Megan has lived all over: Kentucky, Texas, Arizona, Maryland, Florida, back to Texas, Georgia, back to Arizona, and finally South Carolina. She loves the feeling of community here in Fort Mill, a feeling reinforced by her leadership role at MOPS. She considers it a blessing to get to help women make connections and build relationships.

Rebecca Lubatti (MOPS KIDS Worker Coordinator)
Rebecca Lubatti is thrilled to be the MOPS Kids Worker Coordinator! Rebecca is a Florida native, where she married her college sweetheart, John; received her Masters of Public Administration from Florida State University; served children and families as Children's Ministry Assistant Director and a substitute teacher at Seven Rivers Church; and adopted a rambunctious, but sweet yellow lab. Since moving to Charlotte, NC five years ago, Rebecca welcomed her most important role as mom and decided to embrace home making for a season. She and her husband are raising their two daughters, Abigail (5) and Claire (3) through Christ's love. She enjoys reading, traveling, crafting, beach going, and grilling out with friends and family. Rebecca is a member of Harrison Church and YMCA.

Kari Barnes (MOPS KIDS Coordinator)
When Kari and her husband Ron moved to Fort Mill in 2014 she promptly joined Fort Mill MOPs to gain a deeper connection with other moms in the community and to be able to gather in a place where she could recharge from the demands of mommyhood. Kari is a former elementary school teacher, has previously been on staff in children’s ministry including the development and implementation of both preschool daycare and church curriculum at her former church, has previously filled the role of eKidz Coordinator overseeing ages 6 weeks to 5th grade at her local church, is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow, OK, and a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center with an emphasis in children’s ministry. She has begun the daunting but exciting task of homeschooling her two lively toddlers, 5 year old daughter, Scarlet, and 3 year old son, Briton. Kari is also stepmom to two courageous teen twins, Conner and Carley, 14. She loves connecting and encouraging other stepmoms who are down in the trenches of blended family life. Kari and her husband are members of Elevation Church Rock Hill where they lead a blended family home group, and are regularly involved in outreach initiatives and events. Kari and Ron love to travel with their 4 kids, and enjoy using the time to enjoy God’s beautiful creation.
Stephanie Proulx (Social & Outreach Coordinator)
Stephanie Proulx is a born and raised southerner. She grew up in Gainesville, Florida, cheering for the Gators, and after high school, moved with her family to Charleston, SC. She earned her bachelors degree from Florida Southern College, and started working for Publix where she met her amazing husband, Kevin. They were married in 2011, and a year later, moved from Charleston, to Fort Mill. Stephanie is a stay at home mom to her 3 1/2-year-old daughter, Evelyn & baby boy, Landon. In her “spare-time” she loves to stamp and make cards. Stephanie loves to stay busy, taking trips to the zoo, museums, playgrounds, and is so excited to invite, and meet other Mamas, in her role as Outreach and Social Coordinator for MOPS.
Susan Walker (Finance Coordinator)
Susan loves being a part of the MOPS ministry and is so excited to be able to serve as Finance Coordinator! She has been married to her husband Bill for 7 years, and the Lord has blessed them with two amazing children, Asher (4 years) and Anna (2 years). Susan loves music, being with her family, and just hanging out and playing cards and board games. She graduated from Clemson University and has been in the Fort Mill / Rock Hill area her whole life. She works part-time from home, and is thankful to be able to work while still being with her sweet kiddos during the day!
Suzanne Bayko (Membership Coordinator)
Suzanne is excited for the opportunity to serve as the Membership Coordinator! This is her fourth year being apart of Fort Mill Mops. She has also served as a discussion group leader! Suzanne has been married to her husband Dave for almost 11 years and they have a 6 year old son, Morgan and two girls, Marley (4yrs old) and Madeline(22 months). She is originally from Fort Mill but moved away after high school to attend college. Suzanne graduated from Francis Marion University and worked for over 10 years as a paralegal. After having her first child she and Dave decided to move back to the area and call Fort Mill home again. That is when she became a stay at home mom. Suzanne knew she needed a community of other Moms to go through this journey of motherhood with. She’s made some wonderful connections through her time in Mops and is excited to get to know more moms through her role as Membership Coordinator!
